How do you secure the units to the ground?

First, you’ll want the surface to be as level and flat as possible. We use 14″ metal rods that are hammered into the ground. If you know where you have sprinklers or water lines, it is very important that you discuss that with the driver at the time of bounce house set-up.

Rain will not affect the operation of the bounce houses, equipment, or blowers. If there are high or gusty winds it is very important that you evacuate all participants from the equipment and turn off all blowers. Once the weather passes, the blowers can be turned back on and the equipment can be used again.

No. There is no cancellation fee. If the evening before your party rental the weather forecast is showing a 60% chance of rain or more you can cancel your bounce house at no charge.

Each water slide requires us to be able to hook into your water hose. We supply the soaker hose on the slide but must connect to your water with a hose you provide.

Yes, most of them can, but we must be notified in advance to prepare our drivers with tarps and sandbags so damage is done to the bounce house unit(s) while at your party.

Call us immediately. If you don’t, we will charge a $300 cleaning fee and may even require total repair of the machine or replacement! Food isn’t always easy to clean up from so be careful about what gets sprayed around while using it. Any damage to the bounce house, such as excessive silly string or actual damage such as a cut in the material will result in total repair cost or replacement of the party bounce house unit.

Yes, we do. Typically, on Holidays we are completely out of stock. Be sure to make sure you reserve weeks in advance of a holiday. Make sure to call us well ahead so you don’t miss out on any holiday bounce specials or sales we may be running.

A $50 deposit is required upon reservation. If paying with a credit card, Venmo or Paypal unit must be paid for the day before delivery. Otherwise; the balance of payment will be collected when we arrive for your party set up.

We supply 100ft extension cords to plug the blowers into your home. We cannot add any additional cords to this overall length. We do not recommend adding additional extension cords.

Yes, we do have options the Monday through Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. week. However, sometimes the selection of units can be limited.

All of our party bounce house products are for SIX hours only. You give us the window of time that you would like to have the bounce house unit, and we will work around that schedule. If you happen to receive the unit earlier or keep it later due to our delivery routes, that is on us and there is no additional charge!

Our inventory varies from day to day depending on what others have already rented. We would suggest for a large event, book far in advance to secure the equipment you would like to have for your event.

Absolutely. We carry complete party packages that include tables, and chairs.
